We are first time homeowners who purchased a property that had been foreclosed on, Dan came over prior to our move in date and did a full assessment of the home. He was friendly courteous and timely, very helpful in addressing what are plumbing needs were at the time and helping to formulate a plan for plumbing work to be done in the future. Dan installed a power vent water heater in our basement and addressed some other leaks and issues we inherited with the house, he was even available on the weekend to help remedy an unforeseen problem that caused a backup and flood in our basement and put us in touch with a company that specialized in handling problems of that nature.
